    Had to replace remote that I lost

    The first remote they sent would not sync. The customer support rep walked me through all trouble shooting. She believed it was the remote. She sent it out with fast delivery. I received it today and it works! Yay! I can now adjust my bed again. Thank you for exceptional customer service.

    The remote worked fine once I got it programmed, but there were no instructions mailed with the remote. I had to call because it didn’t work when I put the batteries in to find out that it had to be programmed to the bed that was a little frustrating and should be improved in the future
