Delivery includes in-home setup and removal of packing materials. Carrier will call or email to set up appointment with delivery window.

Delivery and set up should take approximately 30-45 minutes if the set-up area is cleared and there are clear pathways from the truck to the installation area.

 If you have chosen the Haul Away Service at checkout, your mattress and box spring will be removed at the time of delivery

The only way to protect your mattress from liquid spills is by using a waterproof mattress protector. Spills do not qualify for warranty replacements.
